GYM FLOOR

We ask that all members return their weights and wipe down equipment after use. Please also share equipment where needed, either when resting in between sets, or by training together.

Please do not occupy training spaces whilst on social media or using your phone, to keep equipment free for those wishing to train.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

No photos, No filming, No calls, mobile phone to be in silent mode whilst in the studio. Please respect our rules.

The use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the sauna & cold plunge area. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile phones, headphones, laptops, and e-readers such as Kindles.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Please be mindful of the privacy of other members. While generally discouraged, photos or videos may be taken on the gym floor, provided that no other members or guests are included in the footage. If other individuals are included, members will be asked to delete the content.

We operate a no tripod policy in all areas of the studio other than vacant studio spaces.

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT

Should conflicts arise, please seek the assistance of a team member, who are trained to help mediate situations calmly and professionally.

We do not tolerate any form of verbal, physical, or emotional abuse. Please be mindful of others personal space when using our facilities and always maintain courteous and considerate communication.

Repeated breaches of these policies, despite being advised not to, may result in the termination of your membership in accordance with our terms and conditions. Rude or aggressive behavior towards our team members who are trying to uphold or support these policies will be treated seriously and may also result in the termination of your membership in accordance with our terms and conditions. 

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

As part of our ESG plan, we are focusing on several environmental initiatives, including reducing our water consumption. You can help us achieve this goal by only using the towels that you need. This will save water by preventing unnecessary laundering.
