Contrast therapy alternates hot and cold temperatures to aid recovery. The hot phase dilates blood vessels, while the cold phase constricts. Combining a sauna and a cold plunge boosts circulation and oxygenation, reduces inflammation, accelerates muscle recovery and elevates your cognitive performance.
Our studio offers a bespoke top of the range traditional Nordic sauna and a high-spec cold plunge. Traditional saunas heat range is between 80-90 degrees celsius for maximum therapeutic benefits, whereas the Cold plunge temperature will be set between 3-6 degrees celsius for maximum contrast benefits.
