GETTING STARTED

Yes. Our 30-Day Trial is available to new members. It includes an Intro Session, access to 95 Form (small-group personal training), 95 Momentum (coach-led group fitness), use of our recovery suite, and one taster reformer Pilates class.

Yes. All sessions are coach-led and tailored. Tell us about any injuries or concerns and we’ll adapt your training.
OUR TRAINING

95 Form is personal training in a small group of six. Every session is led by a coach who adapts the workout to your goals and pace so you get close attention with the motivation of training alongside others.

95 Momentum is a coach-led group session (up to 10 people) designed to improve fitness, energy and everyday stamina using simple, effective movements.

95 Form: max 6. 95 Momentum: up to 10. Open Gym numbers are capped at 12 to keep the space comfortable.
BOOKING AND THE APP

95 Form is personal training in a small group of six. Every session is led by a coach who adapts the workout to your goals and pace so All bookings are via the Mindbody app (or your Mindbody web account). Log in with the email you used to purchase.

Yes, Open Gym slots must be booked in advance in the Mindbody app.

Mon–Fri: 1:00–4:30pm
Sat: 12:00–5:00pm
Sun: 8:00am–2:00pm
Times and capacities may be adjusted; always check the app for the latest.

Yes. Join the waitlist in the app. If a place opens, you’ll be notified automatically.

Cancel in the Mindbody app. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the start time to avoid late-cancel rules.
MEMBERSHIP

We offer two monthly options (95 Core and 95 Elevate). Both include access to 95 Form, 95 Momentum, Open Gym, and the Recovery Suite. The higher tier provides more weekly small-group personal training. See our Memberships page for details.

Your membership gives you access to our core training experience, 95 Form (small-group personal training), 95 Momentum (coach-led group sessions), and the Recovery Suite (sauna and cold plunge).
Our specialist Reformer Pilates classes are not included within the membership and are available to book separately, either as single sessions or in a block of 10.

Yes, monthly memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment, then continue monthly with 1 full calendar months’ notice to cancel (email hello@studioninetyfive.uk). Please see our Membership T&Cs for full details.

Yes, you can upgrade or switch tiers. Email the team at hello@studioninetyfive.uk and we’ll help.

Pauses may be available for medical/travel reasons. Please email the team at hello@studioninetyfive.uk evidence may be required. Time on pause doesn’t count toward the minimum term or notice.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Monthly by card or direct debit through Mindbody. You can also pay upfront by card.

Usually within 10 days of joining, then monthly on your billing date.

A full strength and conditioning set-up from our partners BLK BOX (racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable and functional stations), plus cardio kit suited to our training style (rowers, ski ergs, air bikes). Reformer Pilates Balanced Body Allegro is upstairs in a dedicated studio. Alternatively, please refer to our website for more details.

Recovery and Pilates

Yes, our Recovery Suite (3-person sauna and cold plunge) can be booked by members and non-members at set times. Safety guidance applies; please avoid use if you have contra-indicated conditions or are pregnant.

Reformer Pilates is a separate booking (available as drop-ins or blocks). Members and non-members can book, subject to availability.

Usually yes. Please tell your coach before you start; we’ll tailor your session and offer alternatives. We may request medical clearance in some cases.

Please arrive a few minutes early. If you’re running late, speak to the team. We’ll do our best to help, but entry may not be possible after the warm-up has started, we do operate a 5-minute policy.
