We’ve put small group personal training at the heart of Studio Ninety Five because every member deserves focused coaching that turns effort into results. In groups of six, your coach guides every workout, what to do, what weights to lift and how hard to work so there’s no guesswork and no getting injured. You get the same attention as one-to-one personal training with the motivation and accountability of training alongside others. The results are clear: you get stronger, move better, feel more confident and energised in everyday life.

We’ve partnered with BLK BOX to equip the studio with robust, beautifully engineered equipment that feels great to use and supports performance coaching. The space is calm, uncluttered and easy to navigate, so sessions flow, technique is clear, and progress feels natural.

  • Racks, Olympic barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and adjustable benches, everything you need for the fundamentals, with the quality and stability coaches trust. It’s the perfect set-up for 95 Form: controlled movement, clear progression, and the right tool for every member.

  • Cable stations, pull-up options, and smart accessories allow us to tailor exercises to your needs, fine-tuning range, tempo, and load, so you move better and build strength that lasts.

  • Rowers, SkiErgs and air bikes provide simple, effective conditioning. They pair naturally with 95 Momentum for sessions that lift energy and improve everyday stamina.

  • Your journey begins with a quick, non-invasive InBody body-composition check. It gives us a clear, objective starting point and a straightforward way to track meaningful changes over time.

TYPES OF PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 95 Form — Small-Group Personal Training

    Personal training, delivered in a small group, with coaching at the centre (max 6 people).

    Every 50-minute session is guided by a coach who knows your goals and adapts the plan to your needs and pace. With just six people in the room, you get close attention on technique and a clear progression path so you build strength that lasts, move better, and feel the difference day to day. You’ll have enough structure to stay consistent, and the positive energy that comes from training alongside like-minded members without ever getting lost in the crowd.

  • 95 Momentum — Coach-Led Group Training

    Lively, guided sessions to lift fitness and energy (max 10 people).

    Every 50-minute session blends straightforward, effective movements with cardio-based work in a supportive, coach-led format. With up to ten people, it feels engaging and energising, but always structured and clear. Your coach will offer options so you can work at the right level, making it an easy fit alongside 95 Form.

  • 95 Personal Training

    For dedicated one-to-one attention, book 60 minutes of fully personalised coaching. Your coach will shape the plan to your goals and pace, refine technique and work safely around any injuries or niggles, ideal for accelerating progress or preparing for something specific. Available to members as a bolt-on. Speak to a coach or front of house to arrange.
